Overview
ExuraBio operates as a marketplace platform that connects independent Sellers with Buyers. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by Sellers. As such, ExuraBio does not take possession of, handle, or ship any products.
By placing an order through ExuraBio, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Exurabio does not oversee or process order cancellations, returns, or refunds. All requests regarding cancellation or refund should be submitted directly to the seller of the item. Exurabio cannot ensure that a seller will receive a refund or accept a return after a purchase has been made. For questions concerning a seller’s return or cancellation policy, please contact the seller directly or review the information provided on their seller profile.
Seller Responsibility
Sellers on Exurabio are independent third parties. Exurabio is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, safety, or legality of items listed or sold. Any disputes regarding an order must be resolved directly between the Buyer and the Seller.
Exurabio is not liable for any losses, damages, or dissatisfaction arising from transactions between Buyers and Sellers.
Platform Fees
Any platform or service fees collected by Exurabio are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your Exurabio account. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and will provide all necessary transaction information to payment processors and relevant authorities.
